This is the deal between you and Devenisto, written the way we would say it across a table. Short, and with nothing hidden in the small print.
What you get
A store in your identity, a branch cashier, a kitchen display, a driver app and an operations dashboard, as a subscription. We activate each account ourselves after reviewing the request, so that every merchant starts with a working setup rather than an empty screen.
Your account and your team
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, for the staff accounts you create, and for keeping credentials to yourself. Roles and permissions decide what each person can do, and every sensitive action is written to an audit trail that nobody, including us, can edit.
What it costs
The published plans on the pricing page, currently with a 14-day trial. Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. No setup fees.
Your menu is yours
Menus, images, identity and prices belong to you, and you are responsible for their accuracy and legality. We process them only to run the service, never for anything else.
What is not allowed
Using the platform for unlawful activity, trying to reach another merchant's data, or disrupting the service. Attempts to cross between merchants are blocked and logged.
Uptime and change
We work to keep the service running around the clock, and we do not promise it will never pause. Features keep evolving; anything not ready yet, such as an integration still under application, is labelled that way and never sold as ready.
Leaving
You can stop your subscription at any time. Financial records the law requires are kept after you leave, append-only, exactly as they were.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
